Loud noise
It promises to be silent so the cat won't get scared, which it isn't. It's not very powerful either and gets warm too quickly, so you have to take a break. The cat has no patience for it, or maybe she's just too uncomfortable. Bad product.
I love this dryer! It's quiet and effective, which makes drying quick and stress-free for both me and my dog.
